Preface: You are a Fortem Lady whether you've trained with me or not! To be a Fortem Lady just means you've decided to embrace the truth that You are Beautiful. You are Strong. With that being said....

Dear Fortem4Life Ladies of the past, present, and future,

I want, no I need, you to know something:

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

I mean it from the bottom of my heart.

It does not matter the color of your skin, the length, of your hair, or the shade of your eyes. New skin, old skin, wrinkly skin, freckly skin, tan skin or pale skin. Scars or no scars.

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

It does not matter what shoes are on your feet, the clothes

that you wear, or the car that you drive. It does not matter the house that you live in or the decorations that are hung. Clean house or messy house.

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

No matter where you’re from, the places you’ve been, or the places you’ll go. No matter the things you've done or the things you will do.

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

It does not matter how many good days or bad days you have had. Whether you never ask for help or often times ask for help.

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

Whether you’ve cried in your car, a loved one’s arms, or in the bathroom all alone. Whether you celebrate everything or just a few things.

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

No matter the size of your pants or the number on the scale. Whether you've never touched a weight or if there's lots of weight on the bar. Whether you've never stepped foot in the gym or if you workout everyday of the week.

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

Whether you’ve had no children, one child, 12 children or more. Whether you struggled to get pregnant, are still struggling, or had no trouble at all. Whether you had a “natural” birth, a C-section, or had the opportunity to adopt.

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

Whether you stay at home with your kids, work full time or part time. Whether you homeschool your kids, send them to public or private school?

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

Maybe you’ve made a lot of mistakes and think the future is dark. Don’t let your past determine your future because there is at least one thing that remains:

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

You are created in God’s image; "you are fearfully and wonderfully made". The things of this would don't determine your beauty and strength. These were given to you at birth. You are beautiful. You are strong.

Now is the time to build upon what you have been given. Stand up and be proud. Do the world a favor and step out of that comfort zone and be who you were born to be. Stop being afraid. Stop worrying about what others think. Believe that

You are beautiful.

You are strong.

Sincerely,

Fortem4Life

P.S

I believe change can be good but I don't believe making changes for the wrong reasons can be good. So if you're wanting to loose weight, gain muscle, go to college, work a job, try a new workout, etc. do it for YOU! Don't make a change because of what others will think or say. Do it because YOU want to. Then you will be more dedicated and focused on making that change.

P.P.S

Share this message with someone you think needs it. Maybe your sister, mom, other relative, co-worker, friend, neighor, whoever! Help them to believe in themselves too!
