Seriously Simple

I don't know about you but when it comes to lunch, dinner, and snack ideas I keep it SIMPLE! Here are some of my lifesaving ideas I use to help keep healthy eating easy!

Pork loin with a side of broccoli

- We buy the pre-seasoned-low sodium pork loin. It just takes 30 minutes to cook! 

Shredded pork loin, a little bbq sauce, 1/4 c brown rice, and lots of green beans!

Eggs, protein pancakes, and grapes
